The only critiques I can offer for this would be some minor tweaking, because you seem to have a decent handle on what you're doing.
The first thing I noticed is that Lady Rainicorn might need to be made a little darker. It is night time, and she looks like she's in the day time, so I would add shades of blue and grey to balance her out with her surroundings.
Finn and Marceline don't have this problem so much, but I would emphasize the moonlight better by adding more bright highlights to the back of Finn's head, and to Marceline's hair.
The last thing I will say is that anatomically, Marceline's thighs seem a little too longer, and her eyes look a little close together.
Other than that, I think you did a really good job, and you should submit it to some Adventure Time groups!
